  1. When does the Continuum Monitor daily email go out?

    The Continuum Monitor email is delivered shortly after the close of the US markets (4pm ET). This allows us to incorporate the major macro events of the day into the publication, while giving us the ability to preview the day ahead before markets open up in Asia.

  2. Can I receive a free trial of Continuum Monitor?

    We offer a two-week free trial for first-time users.

  3. Can I be logged into the website from multiple devices?


  4. Can a subscription be on more than one computer, smartphone or tablet?

    Yes, you can access from as many devices as you would like.

  5. Can I cancel at any time?

    Yes. You can cancel at any time and we will stop charging your account the following billing cycle. Your service will continue through the paid period.

  6. Can I receive a refund for any unused subscription period?

    We generally do not offer refunds for unused subscription periods, however we may occasionally run promotions that do allow for a refund. Please review your offer upon sign up to see if you are eligible for a refund.

  9. Is there a separate app for Continuum Monitor?

    No. Continuum Monitor can be accessed via a web browser on most devices and does not currently require a separate app.

  10. Can I get a website-only subscription to Continuum Monitor?

    No. A Continuum Monitor subscription includes both the email and website service.

  11. Can I access Continuum Monitor through Facebook, Twitter, search engines or my blog?

  18. I’m in a country that doesn’t use the US Dollar. How will my subscription price be calculated?

    All Continuum subscriptions are billed in US Dollars. Your financial institution may charge foreign transaction fees if a currency conversion is involved.
